Approved H1 petition (no COS) ... currently on L1 visa

Firstly I want to thank this forum members who give out such good suggestions/guidance. Have been following this forum for long but this is my first post. Need some help.

I am working for company A on L1 Visa for last 3 years. Company A sponsored my H1 petition for 2010 quota but we did not apply for COS and I am still on L1 visa. My H1 petition is valid from Oct 1st 2009 to September 2012.

My question is, if I go for my H1 stamping after 1 year (say early 2011)will I face any problems with my H1 stamping if I am still employed with the same company? Anybody has tried getting an old approved H1 petition getting stamped?

No issues. As long as the petition remains valid and you have all the required documents, you will get H1B visa stamped until the petition validity.
