LCA transfer from CA to GA.

Dear Sir / Madam

I will be filing for h1b extension petition soon. I currently have a CA LCA but I am working for a GA client since Sept 15 2009.

My W2 payroll administrator has correctly adjusted my payroll: I have been paying GA taxes from Sept 15 2009.

Is it advisable that I transfer LCA from CA to GA prior to H1b extension petition filing?

>>> That is illegal. Your company should have filed an H1B amendment when your work location changed.
