I will be filing for h1b extension petition soon.
Since this is an extension petition is it still compulsory to show USCIS evidence that proves that my occupation is a specialty occupation?
In the case that I need to prove that my occupation is a specialty occupation what are the suggested / recommended documents that I need to gather to demonstrate that my occupation is indeed a specialty occupation.
