221g updated what to do next ???

hi all

last year 2008 i applied h1b and get approval .
at December 2008 i got 221g white slip.
written that

You will be contacted via e-mail,when administrative processsing is completed on your case.Do not return to the consulate until that time. When contacted via e-mail you should bring your passport,this letter,the accompanying envelope, and a copy of the email to the consulate."

few days back i got letter form uscis saying that

based on interview and document you submitted we return you i 129 to USCIS,for review and possible revocation. if an officer develops information at interview was not available to adjucating immigration officer at time of petition approval , the petition may be return to USCIS for re-examination. according to consular officer returned to petition and additional supporting document to Kentucky consular center

DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO APPROACH THEM,,????
AND HOW MUCH TIME THEY WILL TAKE. ????
IS THAT CHANCES OF APPROVAL OR NOT ????
