    Hi

    I was working in USA since 3 yrs. My job got over at my previous employer. Before my job got over with my previous employer i went to india and married and got my Wife H4 visa. My wife is in INDIA i came back to USA and worked for 1 month and transferred my visa to new employer mean while my old employer revoked my H1B and i am working since 2 months through my new employer. My visa transfer is in pending and i got receipt number and one month paystub from my new employer. can my wife travel to USA (She is comming first time) with old employer H4 visa stamp (Valid still 6 more months) my new company receipt number and Pay stub from my new employer. Please inform..thanks

    Not advisable.
    Once you get approval notice, she can travel with a copy of that using same visa.

      -- visa will be fine, but she need copy of I797 which you dont have right now. so, wait upto you get new I797 and send copy of it to your wife, upto this time perio I suggest your spouse to do not travel.
