Is it safe to Travel to india in march 2010 while visa expire in sep 2010

this is very urgent for me .
can u people plz tell me that is it safe to travel to india 21st march 2010 or after that if my visa is expiring on 21st sep 2010.

is there any rule that i cannot travel to india if my visa is expiring within 6 months so that i can not travel to india .

thanks for your answer but can u plz verify that when i will come back in april 2010 to usa ,there willl not be any query or issue too.
like why don't u go for restamping or why dont u wait for expiration of visa then what can i answer them.

Why do you think they ask that questions when you have valid visa?
You can enter anytime until visa expires. Don't worry.
