HI All,
I am a H-1B visa holder with "A" employer. I worked for employer"B" for 1 week not knowing that it is illegal to work for 2 employers on H-1B. I quit with employer "B" within 1 week and did not accept his pay cheque and thereby asked him not to issue me a W-2. But now I have received a W-2 from employer "B" in my mail. Although it is a very small amount (less than 400) I don't know how is it going to effect my visa and green card which we are thinking of applying some time this year.
Please help if I can ask employer "B" to void the W-2 as I have not even taken the payment from him. If he does not cancel the W-2 how do I deal with it while applying for green card. Can I just file taxes with employer A's W2 alone as B's W2 is less than 400 $.
Suggestions please!!!!!!!!!!
