H1 Transfer Question

Hello,

I am currently on L-1 through company A. Company B has filed a new H-1B for me and I am going to join them soon. As I understood that there is no need for stamping on my passport as long as I am within USA. Suppose after 3 months I want to join company C can my H-1b be transfered without stamping on passport ? Will there be any problems in future ?

Any help is appreciated.

No need for H1 stamp as long as you are in USA, even if you are doing H1 transfer. H1 stamp is required only if you go out and want to come back.
