i am in the 6th yr of my h1. i have filed last year (320 days) ago labor from a consulting company (company b) based on future employment.
the labor is still pending and there is a good chance that it will be in pending past the 365 days mark. my question is can my present employer (company a) file a 7th year extension for me based on labor pending filed more than a year ago by company b ? is you can answer with the clause, it would help a lot.
