need to visit India Visa is under normal transfer

I have to visit india urgently, my H1B is in between transfer, will be getting receipt by next week. The new employer is fulfilling the requirement of Employee-Employer relationship. My question here are -

- is it possible to come with new offer letter (on Company paper), and visa receipt? if not than what are the hassles that I can face.

- and if my India visit can affect my H1B transfer (once I have receipt)

when I will be leaving I am with current employer while coming back I will be with new employer
