H1B transfer - RFE for approval notice

Howdy,

I'm not sure if anyone runs into my situation before. I'm employed for company A on H1B, and got new offer from company B and filed a transfer, which is pending. Now, I have an offer from company C and filed another transfer with premium process. After 12 days, USCIS requested a RFE for the approval notice from company B.

My question is if the policy has been changed for H1B transfer from a pending one. If the answer is no, why USCIS sent out such a RFE?

Hi John,

I am into a similar situation. I am currenlty holding H1B from company A. I applied for H1B transfer to Company B, and 2 weeks later I also applied for Comany C.

I started working for Company C upon the recept of EAC number. On 12-Dec-2012 I received the H1B approval for Company C, but to my surprise, on 14-Dec-2012 I received RFE.

Is it a problem related to having two companies (both B & C) started processng my H1B simultaneosly? What was the resolution in your case? You case is very similar to mine, appreciate if you can post your resolution.

Did B receive RFE or C receive RFE?

When did A's petition and corresponding I-94 expire? Did you work for B for any period?
