I have a h1 b rfe on my case, please suggest me the possibilies.
My lca got approved and applied for under i-14o perm and denied
after rfe and appeal is on the way this is due to edu evaluation.
I have my bcom,mba from india and the lc is for masters/equivalent.
My present h1 expired and aplied for a transfer and got the reciept number in time.
Now i got a ref on my h1.
To show the proof of how i can eligible for extension beyond 6 years.
( my lawyer already put my i-140 receipt number in the 1-129)
