Urgent Request: H1/Visitor visa

Hello,

I have this urgent request for my Aunt she is having H1 visa for teacher which is going to expire by the end of this year. If she returns to India and wanted to come on Visitor Visa then can she do that? As due to some personal reasons she could not persue her career here as teacher even after clearing her Praxis and getting Licence in State of GA.

I would really appreciate if someone can please advice or suggest that can she come back on Visitor Visa...if yes then where she need to apply for Visitor Visa...
Can this be a issue at US Emabassy India , to get Visitor Visa as she was last in state on H1 Visa.

Yes, she can come back on visitor visa.

She can come back on Visitor Visa. I do not know if the conulate will approve ..They might ask her to show information that she had leagal stay on H1- Paystubs, W2 etc.,
