H1 B and Labour Application

I am on 4 th year of H1b .I Work for a employer A (Applied for Labour -- Decision Pending ).. I got an offer from employer B (Full time).. If i apply for Transfer .. will i be able to get extension beyond 2012 (i.e 7 year of H1b)based on Labour application from Employer A
