Port of Entry rules for H1B

Greetings,
I am holding H1B visa (valid up to Aug 31st 2010) and my employer is now ready for hiring me with in 3-4 month but i need to surve in india at least for 3 months. My question was, do we have any restricted time frame for port of entry before visa expires ie; At what time i can come, before my visa expires.

You can enter anytime before your visa expires.
