  • I-94 Question Urgent!

    Hi,

I have had 2 H1 approvals. I have the visa stamp of my employer A.
For some reason, I choose to join the employer B.

So I traveled to US with the employer A visa stamp and with my employer B
I-797 petition notice. At the POE the officer checked and gave me the I-94.

Later I noticed that the expiry date on the I-94 states Aug 2011 which is the same expiry date that is on my visa stamp.

But my I-797 H1 petition notice of employer B states Sep 2011.

Is this matter of any concern? Do I have to do anything from myside.
Is this fine with my case and not to worry off?

Please help me asap....Thanks in advance

Latest I94 Supersedes all previous I94s

Ideally, you should submit all your I94s while (Re)entering US. The I94 issued by the immigration officer at the POE supersedes all other I94s you have.

If in case you apply for an extension or change employers again, you will get a different I94 along with your approval. In that case the new I94 is the valid one.

You have nothing to worry about.
