Status of H1B petition if travelled on L1B?

Hi All,

My prospective employer in US filed a H1b petition for me (consular process) which is pending for approval (not yet approved). And in couple of months, I will be getting my L1B from the current employer (in India) and will travel to US on L1B.

Now, will USCIS automatically revoke/cancel my H1B petition (which in process of approval) when I land in US with L1B?

Lets say, my H1B Petition gets approved before my travel on L1B and once I land in US on L1B, does USCIS revokes/cacels my approved H1B petition?

Please help in this regard.

Multiple petitions can be filed at the same time on behalf of an individual. Unless revoked by the employer, the petition remains valid until it's expiry date.
