H1 and H4 visa conflict of my wife.. Urgent!!

I am currently in on H1-visa with company 'A' in USA. 6 months back i got married and my came with me on H4 visa,

some 1.5 months back, we applied for my wife's H1 visa (work visa), for which we should now get response in a month or so.

Meantime i am transferring my H1 to company 'B' as got better offer, so with me, my wife's H4 will also get transferred to company 'B'.

So its like for her there are two applications currently, one H1 applied which is already in process, and now H4 transfer. Will these two H1 and H4 for her will conflict in any manner? If so, Should i not apply for her H4 transfer now (as her H1 is already in process)?

Please advise me urgently if you have any knowledge about it.

There is no such thing as H4 transfer. H4 has nothing do with your employer (Or change of employer for that matter). H4 depends on your valid H1B status. As long as you are in H1B, her H4 status remains valid (Until I-94 expiry date). You need to file her H4 only if her current H4 I-94 is about to expire.
