H1B visa stamping (renewal)

Thank you for reading my post.
My current H1B visa expired (in SEP' 07) but petition is valid till 6/14/2010 and I'm visiting India in the 3rd week of Feb'10. Am I eligible to appear for Visa stamping since my H1B petition validity will be less than 6 months?

Yes. No problem. You'll get visa until petition expiry.
