H1 got Denied
Hi,
I have valid H1 from my old employer ( lets assume A company) and due to some issues i changed to new employer ( Assume as 'B'). But due to some company contract issue wth my vendor i got H1 denied. My attorney is giving three options to me.
1. Work wth 'B' by applying new h1 ( now i m on job, they cant run payroll till i got approve)
2.GO wth another company ( As 'C')
3. Go back to old employer ( company 'A')
Does any one having any idea which is the best idea for me. I have to file new H1 ASAP if i m goign to swtith new company.
Pls help me on this
