  • H1B stamping with new client

    Hello,

I am traveling to Mumbai for a visa stamping.
My employer is same as previous (stamped in Mumbai 2 years ago) but, client has changed a month ago.
My employer didn't file the H1B amendment because new client is in same MSA as previous client.
Should I carry a letter from my new client when going for stamping?
Will that be an issue if I don't carry letter from new client?

I didn't know there was such thing. I thought all you needed to have was the same employer. No idea the client could affect your stamping
