L1-H1 total duration

Hi

I visited US on L1B visa in 2005, stayed for abt an year and went back to india in 2006.I came back again in 2007 (after 10 months) by applying for a fresh new L1. I got my L1-H1 conversion done in 2009 October. What is the total duration left on my H1 now? Does my first L1b duration also gets added to my stay?

Your first L1 duration gets counted. L1 + H1b = 6 years and it is the time that you spent inside U.S. You do the math.
