I changed my employer from A to B and got approval for my H1-B with validly till 2022 for employer B. I haven't started my wife's H4 transfer according to my latest H1-B because she already has a valid visa till 2021 which my employer A got when they transferred my H1-B. I joined employer B few days back and now me and my wife are planning to go to India in September this year and get stamping because both of our stampede visa are expired. So here is my doubt/question: when we go for interview and we both have different validity on 797 A, does it leads to any problem? Do I need to have her H4 based on my latest 797A ?
