The biggest mistake i have made is when i filed for the COS, i was persuaded by the USPS staff that since the delivery address is a local PO Box a plain mail would suffice.
So i didn't use CERTIFIED mail.
The tracking number in the receipt showed that my application was delivered on Mar 16.
Now it has been more than two weeks. And i checked my bank account only to find out that my check has not been cashed yet.
Is this still normal? Should i wait any longer or should i assume the worst case scenario which is my package is lost?
