    Traveling outside the US on H4 when H1B transfer is pending

    Hello,

    I'm on an H4 (post I-797 filing) valid till Aug 2020. My husband moved jobs recently on receipt (H1B and H4 transfer is pending). I need to travel outside the US urgently. Can I re-enter on H4 stamp from old employer along with copy of receipt?
