Hello all,
I was in USA for 3 years on H1B and had to move to India for 2 years to take care of my mother as she had faced a cardiovascular stroke 2 year back and her condition had deteriorated.
In India I had taken a government job not related my current job profile. Now my employer based in USA is ready to hire me back on H1B (utilize the remaining cap-exempt 3 years) and is starting the immigration process.
My query is what should I do with these 2 years of employment, my employer is completely okay with it being non technical.
Should I show an employment gap of 2 years on my resume?
Should I show the employment of 2 years with correct description (it being non technical)?
Should I show the employment on my CV with description that match my job profile in the USA?
