One of my friend H1b picked in the lottery he falls under master category based on Germantown,MD.Mine is COS from L1 to H1b still didn't hear any updates for my case.

Yes , receipts are received from USCIS for one of my friend

Yes, I wasn't in premium processing - my employer informed me that they received the I-797C notice of receipt for my H1B application today.
