    H1B LAYOFF -> H1B REVOKED

    Hi,

    I got laid off on Mar 15, 2019. My Employer sent H1B withdrawl petition to USCIS on Mar 27. In USCIS, it is still showing under process. Today (Apr 12), I found an Employer ready to file my H1B petition. Will I have any issues? Should I go for premium processing?

    Please help.
