Questions:
What do i need to mention in DS 160 for the below questions.
. Have You Ever Been Denied a U.S. Visa or Entry into the U.S., or Had a U.S. Visa Canceled?
. Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS.

1. Do i need to with draw the 1st H1B visa application which is under 221g before going to interview. - Your employer who applied can withdraw and by law if you are not working with them they need to teel USCIS and withdraw it.
2. Do i need to with draw 1st H1B transferred approved petition before going to interview. - Yes if you are going to interview with MNC approval get it withdraw. Once you resign your employer will withdraw and must let USCIS know.
3. What do i need to mention in DS 160 for the below questions.
. Have You Ever Been Denied a U.S. Visa or Entry into the U.S., or Had a U.S. Visa Canceled? - since in your first visa stamping you got 221G and they did not stamp your passport I guess you need to say YES.
. Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS. - I guess yes and tell about 1st H1B.
