H4 Extension

Hi,

Recently My H1-B got extended and I got it for 3 yrs.
My wife's H4 is untill Sept 2010.
Is it possible to apply H4 extension for my wife by myself or do i need to do it through attorney.

If I can apply by myself, what all documents I needed or is there any checklist tht I can follow.Please let me know.

You can do it yourself. You need to file form I-539 for the change of status to H4. Follow the below link.

Apart from I-539 form should I have to fill any more forms/documents which I need to send to Immigration.
