H1 Status Change

Hello,

I am here in USA on L-1 Visa Since 2007 and recently I got Two H-1 got approved. 1 is from current employed [thats a consular notice], its approved on 15th of Feb. And I got another H-1 approved from another employer [change of status] it is approved on 20th of Feb.

is there any issues with this, what would be my current status now?,

Can anyone advice me?

No issues with multiple H1B approvals. However, your status has changed to H1B since 20th Feb as your 2nd H1B approval came with a COS. Your employment with the L1 employer beyond 20th Feb is illegal.
