    Can we submit H4 extension while H1 extension pending or(RFE)

    Hello,

    Spouse having Valid H1B visa till Aug 2019 and filed extension without submitting H4 extension. I have valid H1B so he was not submitted my H4 extension. Now my current employer asking me to apply COS from H1 to H4.

    Can we apply H1 to H4 while H1 extension is pending or RFE?
