Hello, I got laid off with Company A and my last day was March 1st but my i797 expires on march 2021 .. since i have 60days to find another employer, i couldnt find any so went to mexico and got H4 stamped .. Today may 1st Company A again offered a new job with different location .. i accepted the offer since my GC is also with them . Here goes my clarifications
a) Company A has to re file my H1 again ? or since my i797 of same company still active ,just consular process should ok ?
b) New role is architect / DBA .. but my 140 with the same company has DBA responsibilities.. will this effect to my 140 ?
