applying new H1 while on H1B

I am currently in India and recently got extension of remaining period for my H1B (18 months). I came back from US one year ago. My employer is sending me to US on this H1.

If I go to US on this H1, and I apply new H1B (2011 quota) from another employer ...then can I get 6 years period (as I am out of US one year).

No. You will need to apply for a new H1B now to get a fresh 6 years period (since you are already out of U.S for an year). If yo travel in old CAP, then you will need to wait for another 1 year outside to get a fresh CAP.
