consultant thru newark, POE

hi, any consultants who recently entered into us through newark POE?. im worried with latest developments reg. h1b .got stamped my h1 last oct. came bk. hv to go to india again to attend a sad event. hv got client letter from sr.director, emp.ver.letter, paystubs for last 18mnths with my employer- a legit non-it everified. worked on f1, f1 stem and now on h1b. direct employer-client relationship. i report to him daily.he works for the same client. abs. clean record since entering in us 5 yrs bk.im concerned abt newark only and im flyin out of and in to newark.

If you are on direct employer/client relationship then no need to worry. Also, keep all legal docs which you used while h1b stamping and original client letter stating your job/duty while entering at poe. Then you should be fine.
