Hello everyone,
I am currently on H4 and my visa expires in June. My husband and I are going through a rough time and he decided to not extend my H4.
I was pursuing my MBA on H4 and left with 6 credits for course completion (which I can complete in a semester) and I also work on my EAD.
In the meantime I applied for H1 and my lottery has been picked.
What are my options after June to continue my stay so my approval goes without any issues?
Is it wise to,
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Is it wise to,
- stay in US 240 days after my H4 expires since now I have a visa in process?
- Or should I leave the country to get a stamping?
- should I request my employer to process my H1 approval in premium?
- Or should I try converting my status now to F1 and finish my studies in the meantime while waiting for my H1 approval?
- Or do I just have to leave the US after June since I won't be on any status?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
