DO I need I-797 for all companies ?

While on OPT, 2 companies applied for my H1B. I got both approvals. I never joined the second company . I have always been with the first company even when I was on OPT and also now.

There was a 10 days gap between both approvals. I do not have I-797 of the company I did not join (They never gave it to me).

WIll there be any issues for Visa Stamping.

No issues ..You do not need I797 if you have not worked for that company.
