H1B Question

Hello All,

I was issued a 221(g) for H1B stamping in 2009 and have been waiting for the Consulate to reply since months.

Yesterday I recieved a mail from the Consulate stating

"We are happy to inform you that we are ready to continue processing of your non immigrant visa.

Please return to the Consulate on any working day with you passport."

Does anyone have any idea what does this mean ?
