Hi all,
I got my H1b picked in lottery and approved in June 14. I started working from oct 14. But by dec 15 my petition is Revoked by USCIS( plz note revocation not initiated by employer).
Meanwhile my Visa was in transfer to another employer in Aug 15. Before this transfer status is known I changed my status to H4 by Aprb16. By 2017 this transfer also got denied.
Now I got a new employer who is willing to file cap exempt. Let me know if my H1b is still valid (since my initial petition is Revoked after an year of approval) for cap exempt. I had worked in US for more than a year.
