Hello,
My wife's H4 VISA is going to be expired on 08/26/2019 (I-94 till 09/05/2019) and extension is in process (H1B & H4 together). For some urgency she needs to travel to India for 3 weeks in the month of July, 2019. She will be back to US around 07/31/2019 before her current VISA expiry. Do you think there is any risk in travel?
