H1B - 7th year extension - URGENT plz

Hello,
I will complete 6th year in this country in Mar' 2011 and my current H1B visa will get expire on 9th Dec'2010. I am wondering about my 7th year extension as I have already my I-140 got approved.

My question is,

- Can I get 3 yrs extension when I apply for H1B somewhere around Jul/Aug'2010?

Here, the question is, by 9th Dec 2010, I won't be completing my 6 yrs on H1B(4 months still will remain to complete 6 year H1B quota), so Will I still be eligible for 3 yrs extension based on my I-140?

Yes. You should get 3yrs extension.
