DS 160 form not asking for previous experience and education

Folks:

When I was filling up the DS-160 form for my H1B stamping (H1B extension) I was asked for the details of the current as well as last 5 years of experience, employer details and all the educational institutions that I have attended (after high school).

The same day when my wife started filling up DS-160 application for her H1B visa stamping (she was on H4 and now applying for H1), the form asked only for the current employer details.

Can anyone share their experience dealing with situation like this. Appreciate all help.

I had a similar issue while filling out an application for the F1 visa. I filled in my employment details but there was no question regarding my education details. i tried re loading the page but the question on education was not available to choose. I wanted to know if i should start a new application or submit the current one
