Hello, I got remarried and my husband is currently on H1b. We want to apply for H4 visa for myself and my son from previous marriage. I have decree of divorce and full custody order from the court (with no visitation rights of the ex-spouse)
1. Would an deed of adoption of my son by my husband will be needed for H4 visa
2. If yes, would an registered adoption deed be fine or we would need a court order of adoption (It's nearly impossible to get a court order so we are bit worried)
3. What are the chances of getting H4 visa for both of us.
