My spouse(H4) got 221g during her interview. Can she go for another interview?

Myself (H1B) and spouse (H4) went for visa stamping with approved petition till 12/2021. I've got my stamping but she was handed over with 221g. Couple of yrs back she was arrested for shoplifting class B misdemeanor. She did her community hours and admitted to pretrial diversion program. Now the case is dismissed and all her records were expunged. In 221g they asked community hrs log sheet which I did not had at the time of interview and other documents. I mailed everything the very next day, her case is still under administrative processing for 30days till date. We did not anticipate this delay as we got stamping last time when case was still pending. Question is, can I go ahead and schedule for another VO appointment at embassy when her case is still under administrative processing?
