Sorry for big subject line - trying to avoid making it obvious.
I have question about " If I am applying for an H or L (individual) or R visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months."
i.e. while submitting DS160 stamped visa was expired in Jun 2018 but for actual stamping appeared in July/August
so will it be eligible for dropbox??
