H1 Relatives Information Issue ????

I do have my brother working in US.He is a Non Immigrant.My H1 visa is being processed by my employer,In DS160 form should i mention the details about my brother, If so will it create any issue ? (As such everyone in the family goes to work in US.) Is it better not to mention any of the details ?

You need to provide the correct information in form DS-160. If they figure that you have provided false information, it might even lead to life time ban from entering U.S.
