H1B Stamping in Mumbai Consulate (Waiting for the stamped passport)

H1B First Time Stamping:

F1-H1B first time stamping after 3 years of changing the status.

OFC: 4th June 2019

Visa Interview: 11th June 2019 (VO said your Visa is Approved and Kept my Passport). Gave me the "Know your rights and passport pick up information pamphlet".

Status says:

10th June 2019: Case Created
11th June 2019: Admin Processing

Still waiting for the status to get changed to "Issued/ Passport Ready for Pick Up".

Is anybody in the same situation?

When should I expect to get the status change to "Issued/ Passport ready for pickup"
