H1b Visa- approved 10 year ago -expired - never traveled
Hi,
I got my H1b approved petition in May 2008 and got visa stamped in Oct 2008 but I never traveled to US. It has now crossed more than 10 years of approval.
Please let me know if there is any chance where I can make use of this expired petition anyway? or do I need to file a fresh H1B altogether. Whom can I approach, any idea?
