Urgent - Begin date for OPT on LCA and I-129

Hello,
I work on OPT(F1 visa) status and it will expire on June 2010.
Fortunately, I got a sponsor for H-1B and am supposed to file it soon.
By the way, what date do I have to enter for the Begin date on the Labor Condition Application and I-129?
I mean, do I have to enter current date for expanding my F-1 status and OPT to Sep. 30, 2010 on it?
Or, do I have to enter Oct. 1, 2010 on it even though I still work and intend to expand my status and OPT to Sep. 30, 2010?
Please let me know about that.

If you're planning to work on H1B, it should be Oct 1st, 2010. No more OPT.
