H4 Entery after 1.5 year

Hello Seniors,
I am working with Company A now i just applied for company B. Company B applied my H1 transfer but its in process. Now My wife will join in couple of weeks. As my h1 transfer is in process. What documents should she carry to POE so she will not have problem. Please let me know as she will entered at JFK or Newark POE. She is having H4 from Company A its valid till Sept 2010.

The best option for her is to travel after your transfer is successful. That way, by showing your extended (transferred) petition at the POE, she can get an I-94 with expiry date same as yours. Not advisable to travel with the approval notice of Company A for which you don't work any longer. She can have a copy of the receipt notice, which will help. However, she might get the I-94 only till her existing visa validity.

1) Primary applicant's approval notice
2) Valid H4 visa and Valid passport
3) Marriage certificate
4) Employment verification letter of the primary H1B candidate
5) Couple of recent pay slips of the primary H1B candidate.
